What started as potluck desserts for family and friends quickly grew into a full-blown passion.  I baked birthday cakes for my children, then for my grandchildren...and somehow, there was always a special event that needed a homemade treat.

Over time, I've come to truly value the quality of ingredients - especially organic.  I now incorporate as many organic ingredients as possible into my recipes, from wholesome banana bread to rich chocolate cupcakes.

For years, I dreamed of sharing my baking at a farmers' market and running a small business of my own. And one day I told myself, "Why not now?"

Some of our family's all-time favorites include my brownies, thumbprint cookies, lemon bars, and tender scones.  My grandchildren always reach for the Sugar Cookie Pops and Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies - a sweet testament to their enjoyment.  And yes, I've had the joy of baking custom birthday cakes too - from T-Rexes and sharks to dinosaurs and Thomas the Train.
